Mi vida es un experimento de sabores y sazones, de mezclas, de experimentos, de aprender a cometer errores hasta obtener la creación perfecta de una nueva receta. Todo es un experimento. Hace siete o quizas ocho años que vengo siguiendo un estilo de vida vegetariano y casi cuatro años a base de plantas y granos enteros, o sea, 100% vegetariano. Lo unico que lamento es no haber iniciado este estilo de vida hace 30 años o más!
En este blog encontraras recetas creadas o re-creadas en mi pequeña cocina. Varias son tomadas THE CANCER PROJECT, de donde soy instructora, y varias han sido “veganizadas” de otras fuentes.
También encontraras algunos enlaces de sitios que frecuento para obtener ideas y probar recetas nuevas.

I became vegetarian seven or eight years ago and almost four years ago vegan (100 PERCENT vegetarian). The only thing I regret is not having followed this lifestyle 30 years ago or more! Oh well!
This blog contains recipes which I have created in my little kitchen, or re-created. Some are from THE CANCER PROJECT, of which I am an instructor. Others have been veganized from other sources, as referenced. You will also find links to other sites I enjoy. The recipes on this blog are mostly in Spanish because that is the community I serve, and the need is greater for Spanish blogs and resources in the area of healthy cooking options.
